Local artists Tim Smith-Stewart and Jeffrey Azevedo team up with an anonymous street artist to build innovative, DIY strategies for staying alive in a collapsing empire. Secret messages, street art, shades of dadaism and the insidious of capitalism come together in a poetic  performance featuring an ace team of local collaborators.

Korean artist Geumhyung Jeong makes her Seattle debut with two super-intimate pieces dealing with the body, machines, emotions, and intellect. This mesmerizing artist has a strong background in puppetry and theater, which she utilizes to great effect in her work. This artist is a rising star on the international art scene and we couldn't be more proud to host an artist from Korea.

Parker in a brand-new piece channeling the music of Dinah Washington in a powerful tale of five intergenerational Black queens. The subversive poetry of Jean Genet crashes into the fierce beauty of Paris is Burning in a world where ritual reigns supreme and survival is the only option.

Seattle choreographer/performer Markeith Wiley shows a new side in a piece that is part stand-up comedy, part talk show, part dance, and part theater. Known until now in Seattle as a hyper-kinetic dance performer, here Wiley channels comedian Paul Mooney in a brutally direct comedy/dance work with a rotating cast of local guests and musicians.
